The Federation of Unimpeded Components ensures the establishment of the democratic civil society understanding and the activation and development of non-governmental activities, and ensuring that the member associations working on this issue provide coordinated services; It is a rights-based non-governmental organization established in 2015 by Dicle Association for the Visually Impaired, GAP Association for the Physically Disabled, SSPE Solidarity Association, Silvan Association for the Disabled and Van Disabled Life Association in order to strengthen individuals, groups, institutions and organizations working in the field of disabled people and to carry out studies in cooperation.
The center of the federation is Diyarbakır and it continues its activities with 17 member associations from Diyarbakır, Mardin, Batman, Şırnak, Erzurum, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak, Van and Antalya.
